There is saying in life that;
"money rules everything!"
I am here to make a stand
to say to those who believe
"money rules everything",
do so at your own folly and loss
of the many possibilities
and opportunities
that money has no control over.
Have you ever bought a feeling,
a sincere smile,
a meaningful embrace,
a kind gesture?
All of these experiences
are priceless and cannot be bought.
It is possible to get a token gesture,
yet there is no heart or real feeling in it.
Our preoccupation with money
limits our potential in our life.
The joy of the experience,
the satisfaction of achieving something,
the feeling of being worthwhile,
can all be tainted by
placing a monetary value on it.
It is time for us
to take a different approach?
Let us look
at what we are doing,
where we are going,
and see the foolishness of our ways.
In our quest for money
we are forgetting
two important points,
we enter this life with nothing
we leave this life with nothing.
Are we here to provide a legacy
for others
or to make a difference?
Do you want to be judged
by what how much you have
or
by the contribution you made
while you were here?
Your true wealth
it is measured
by the experiences
you share with others.
As we are in a society
where money is important,
make a choice
to make it not the
only importance.
